We provide secure, lockable Consoles for your office to keep your paperwork locked down, prior to collection and shredding, to enable your workplace to be GDPR Compliant.

Our consoles are available in a Standard size.
Our standard console measures 900mm High x 500mm Wide X 500mm Deep.

Grey console if this better suites the aesthetics of your workplace.

Certificated Security Shredding

Within your office your staff can deposit their confidential paperwork through the narrow slot in the locked console.

Within the Console hangs a strong nylon sack which stores your confidential paperwork prior to collection.

A vetted member of staff with their master key will collect the full sack of paper from within your console and exchange with an empty sack. The full sack is then transported in a tracked vehicle to our CCTV managed facility and cross shredded.

We cross-shred to just 8mm in accordance to BS EN: 157132009 and a Certificate of Destruction is supplied after each collection.
