EXAMPLE 1

An recruitment industry client was paying £80,00.00 per annum for document storage of 15,000 boxes, these records were required to be kept for 12 years – DSG stepped in and took all boxes with an agreed scanning process under a strict schedule of works to be completed over a 6 year period using the previous storage spend which included, storage, scanning and retrieval of urgent files electronically

EXAMPLE 2

A metal fabrication client had a vast storage facility within the body of their cutting and finishing area which needed to be cleared to allow expansion of their business. The records covered all possible types of material and media, from standard A4 pages, rolled and flat drawings, microfiche and aperture cards and manuals which related to both military and commercial projects. Within 2 weeks of approval all necessary manpower and resources were provided to ensure all data was removed and relocated to our scanning facility the project involved circa 6.8 million images of various guises and was completed within an agreed 8 month timeframe

EXAMPLE 3

A local authority department had a required to convert records of a highly sensitive and confidential nature. DSG were tasked with providing security tagged receptacles for the transport of the paper files to their offices on a strict ongoing one week turnaround basis. The PCs used had no internet or network access and the hard drives were also returned to the client at the end of the project. A secure area which was only accessible via audited biometric entry was provided alongside dedicated experienced staff to prepare, scan, process, quality check, index and commit the data to password protected USB sticks before return to the client.
